Preparation

Fall protection is installed where required by Workplace Health & Safety
Roofing materials are delivered.

Installation

At around 7am our tradesmen will introduce themselves and start removing the existing roof. The roof is removed in sections that are guaranteed to be installed on the same day.
The existing timber battens are secured to the roof frame with 75mm bugle screws.
If requested, an insulation blanket is laid over the roof frame.
The roof sheeting is installed and flashings screwed in place. The roof is then screwed off with thousands of roof screws.
The ridge capping and flashings are neatly cut and screwed off and the new roof
is cleaned of any metal filings using a blower.

Completion

The waste is picked up and sent off for recycling.
The safety rail is removed and our workmanship is inspected
by our quality supervisor.
When the job passes inspection, you’ll be contacted to
check that it also meets your satisfaction.

We will make sure you have a designated point of contact at all times, but each team member will be able to assist you or point you in the right direction.
